Registration Process

Registering for California Direct is a quick and easy process.

Step 1: Sign-Up Online. Fill out our online Sign-Up Form. Be sure to provide your practice address and zip code. Additionally, please provide the number of accounts desired.

Step 2: Receive Welcome Email. The email will contain your quote as well as a Registration Form.

Step 3: RegisterFill out your Registration Form and have it notarized (instructions are contained within the document). Then email and mail the original notarized form to:

Step 4: Begin using your Direct Accounts. Axesson will send a Service Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and a Quote.  If you need to make a payment you can do so here or contact Axesson for other options. Once approved by your organization, we will provision your Direct accounts. Users will be invited via email to onboard. Accounts are made active after onboarding is completed, and users can begin exchanging secure Direct messages.
